In the beginning of the 90’s there were a rapid growth of number of private commercial banks. After laws "On banks and banking in Republic of Kazakhstan" and "On the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan" approval in 1995 advanced banking regulation was implemented. At the end of 1996 the “Program of transition of second tier banks to the international standards” was accepted.

Preschool Education and Training - the first level of continuing Education System of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which creates conditions for the formation and development of the child’s personality, taking into account age and individual characteristics.
Children's rights to get preschool education and training are provided by a network of preschool organizations, preschool groups in the orphanages and boarding schools for orphans and children left without parental care, preschool classes and preschool groups in extracurricular organizations.

The economy of Kazakhstan is the largest economy in Central Asia. It possesses enormous oil reserves as well as minerals and metals. It also has considerable agricultural potential with its vast steppe lands accommodating both livestock and grain production, as well as developed space infrastructure, which took over all launches to the International Space Station from the Space Shuttle.

The oil and gas industry is the major and most rapidly growing industry in Kazakhstan. Oil and gas revenue accounts for a significant part of Kazakhstan's GDP, its Budget and foreign trade receipts. Kazakhstan holds vast hydrocarbon reserves, including potentially the third largest oil reserves in the world, following Saudi Arabia and Iraq. Proven sea and land hydrocarbon reserves of Kazakhstan are estimated at about 30 billion barrels. About 70% of those reserves are located in the west of Kazakhstan and a considerable majority of them are associated with salt deposits at the depth of more than 5000 metres. Potential oil reserves of Kazakhstan (located mainly in the Caspian Sea region) are estimated at 60 billion barrels.
