   Theoretical basis of formation of ethnic components in the contents

   of higher pedagogical education

   ethnopedagogics 

   Priority role of knowledge in the condition of globalization brings forward education in the number of main factors to the way of human movement to interaction.

   Professional direction of  training of a polycultured teacher plays priority role in solving the problems of bringing up of growing  generation. The realization of the ideas of ethnic and polycultured education are achieved  by introduction to the education system the ethnic components that stress the actuality of this problem and creative searching for solution it by taking into consideration the formed contradictions in the condition of globalization.

   The object of investigation: the content of higher pedagogical education.

   The aim of investigation: working out conseptual basis of formation of ethnic component in the content of higher pedagogical education and technologies of realization.

   Methodical basis of investigation: general, specific, unified phylosophical principles, principles of methodical approaches, phylosophical, ethnological, historical, sociological, socio-pedagogical, cultural, pchylogical concepts, revieling the essense of ethnic components in the content of higher pedagogic education  and it’s main concept of theory of formation.

   Results of investigation:

   1 essense of the notion of «ethnic component in the contents of the higher pedagogical education» was revieled and the role and place of investigated phenomena in the condition of globalization on the basis of reflexion of pedagogical ideas and positive experience of history of social development were revealed;

   2 scientific basis of structure of ethnic components in the contents of higher pedagogic education, its humanistic paradigm and ethnopedagogical direction were determined;

   3 the stages of formation and development of ethnical components in the contents of the higher pedagogical kazakhstan education and it’s main trends of formation in the education system of foreign countries were characterized;

   4 conception of formation of ethnical components in the content of the Higher Pedagogic Education of RK based on the ideas of polyculture and region education, involving argumentation of theoretical statements of structure of ethnic components in the content of the higher pedagogical education based on the theory of education content (V. S. Lednev) and thesis: aims, function, set of principles and didactic conditions, innovative approaches (regional, crosscultured, global), binar models of structure of ethnic components, coinciding with  the process of formation of policultured personality of future teacher, block-module technology and its realization were elaborated;

   5 educational idea of polycultured personality of future teacher in coincidence with demand of modern theory and practice of pedagogic science, and its criteria, indicator and levels of formation of structural components of polycultured personality of future teacher: ethnic, civil, global identity and regional, ethnopedagogical and intercultured competence were elaborated;

   6 analysis of modern practice of formation of polycultured personality of future teacher were motivated;

   7 the role of a teacher in the process of ethnic and interethnic socialization of generation were investigated;

   8 the glossary on the problem of investigatoin in connection with clarification and definitition were added.

   Block-module technologies of realization of conception of formation of ethnic components in the content of HPE and teaching methodical complex as means of formation of polycultured personality of future teacher, consisting of teaching materials on regional (Central Kazakhstan) and ethnocultured education of future teacher (fragmental and thematic block), denoted to addition of the socio-humanities  subjects program, special courses of «Development of education and science in Central Kazakhstan», «Introduction in ethnic mentality», «Basis of polycultured ethnopedagogics» (subject block - pcychological-pedagogical); methodical recommendation to pedagogical practice on studying of polycultured education environment: the programmed teaching seminars for teachers on using of TMK are offered for introduction in pedagogical process.

   Field of application: the results of investigation are directed to improvement of contents of higher pedagogical education in the process of training of a future teacher.

   The perspectives of investigation are connected with further reseach of education, bringing up potential of ethnic components in the process of formation of personality.
